Faculty members must align with the institution's vision and mission.
Governed by University statutes, ordinances, and service rules.
Lesson plans should be prepared in advance before class sessions.
All teaching staff must comply truthfully with institutional policies.
No political activity within college premises.
Punctuality for classes and institutional events is mandatory.
Daily attendance sign-in required for all staff.
Responsibilities include teaching, evaluation, counseling, and extracurricular duties.
Work hours based on timetable and additional assignments.
Mandatory mentor-ward system for student care and guidance.
Impartial treatment of students irrespective of background.
No private employment including tuitions that interfere with duties.
Leaves to be taken with permission; academics must not suffer.
Continuous professional development through research and seminars.
Respect student opinions and uphold dignity.
Promote personality development and community contribution.
Encourage scientific thinking, democracy, and peace.
Do not incite students against others.
Strictly no gender/age/disability-based discrimination or misconduct.
Zero tolerance for sexual harassment in all forms.
