Rules & Regulations

Keeping in view the aims and aspirations of Scholar B.Ed. College, certain rules and regulations have been framed to be strictly followed by trainees. These rules are meant not to bind, but to nurture a sense of responsibility, discipline, and growth among trainees.

  • Students shall strictly comply with rules related to study, examination, conduct, and discipline.
  • Admissions obtained through false certificates or illegal means will be cancelled and fees forfeited.
  • Applicants must submit an affidavit affirming all information is true.
  • Applications with incomplete documents or post-deadline will be rejected.
  • No refund of fees will be made under any circumstances once admission is withdrawn.
  • Failure to submit required documents will result in admission cancellation without refund.
  • Employed applicants must provide an employer’s No Objection Certificate with proof of two years’ leave.
  • Facilities are available only during the course period.
  • Security checks may be conducted at entry/exit points.
  • The college is not responsible for lost personal belongings.
  • Intoxication and chewing of Gutka/Paan/Gum are strictly prohibited.
  • Minimum 80% attendance is required to appear for university exams.
  • Medical certificates are required for sick leaves beyond three consecutive days.
  • Institutional property must be handled with care; damages will be chargeable.
  • Unauthorized visitors and friends are not allowed inside the campus or classrooms.
  • Ragging is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action.
  • Uniform is mandatory for all trainees during class hours.
  • Male trainees must maintain short, well-groomed hair, clean nails, and polished shoes.
  • Female trainees must keep hair tidy and nails trimmed.
  • Wearing college ID card is compulsory during all class hours.
  • These rules apply to all trainees from the date of issue.
  • The institution reserves the right to amend these rules at any time.
  • All interpretations will be made by authorized personnel of the institution.
  • Legal jurisdiction will be Giridih Court only.

Discontinuance

  • Non-payment of fees beyond 20 days from the due date will invite disciplinary action.
  • If any trainee voluntarily opts out, it will be treated as discontinuance, and no fees will be refunded.
  • Absence for over 50 consecutive days without valid reason will lead to cancellation.
  • Any misconduct or violation of rules may result in course discontinuance.
